Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your Snag subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible in the app's Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a review.

Terms of Service

By using Snag, you agree to the following:

  • Snag is a reservation monitoring and booking service for Resy and OpenTable. We act on your behalf using your platform credentials.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials for connected platforms.
  • Snag does not guarantee availability of any specific reservation.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here's how we handle your data:

  • What we collect: Your platform credentials (Resy email/password, OpenTable auth token), reservation preferences, and booking history.
  • How we use it: Solely to monitor availability and make reservations on your behalf.
  • Storage: Credentials are stored securely in our database hosted on Railway. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled by Stripe.
  • Sharing: We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
  • Deletion: You can disconnect your platforms and delete your data at any time from the app's Settings.
